Great app! I really love it and have been using it for several years. One missing feature is time bound workouts. Say I have only 20 mins in the morning, and I want to do a focused workout for a specific area lasting not more than 20 mins. Replacing repetition-based approach with a time-based one for exercises like push-ups can help provided that a user continuously does the exercise with a correct technique at their maximum pace. Honestly, this is one of the best workout apps I have ever used. If you feel unsure that you are doing the exercise correctly, there is a video guide to help you put 100% effort and get 100% results. It also has options that suit me. Additionally, it weights your goals from challenging to sweaty effort and not challenging. 5 Star app!! Please try it for yourself.

Really a very great app to see actual results and changes in your body! Just the thing is sometimes it makes the exercise a way to harder. Like initially I was a guy who always do the workout but after sometime I noticed that it became a little bit difficult. In order to increase the strength and stamina the exercises need to be increased but at a slower pace it should be made difficult. Like for example sudden increase from a regular push up to a diamond pushup. But overall this app is best.
