- Doesn't remember where you left off reliably - the Interface freezez all the time - playing the video in the background works about 40% of the time - Sometimes when watching a series, the app will simply decide to play an episode from 4 seasons ahead. This hasn't always been the case. They made it worse. they decided to it. The Settings have been reduced to a sandbox. A shining example of how streaming services are killing themselves. You are the reason I'm starting my Blu-Ray collection.

since moving to Amazon Prime, opening up Prime Video on any TV device is a problem. it simple won't open. I can try 10 times and it just won't open. this is not a login issue, its that the app won't launch. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, then signed in again and it worked. the next day I tried again and it won't launch again. I think you have over subscribed to the new services and now those of us who have been customers for years can't get access 😕

I really like Prime Video overall, but I have one recurring frustration. Do you check series before uploading them? I'm a big fan of K-dramas and C-dramas, and I've noticed that some shows are marked as "Newly Added," but when I open them there's only a single episode available—and sometimes it's a completely random episode instead of Episode 1. It's really disappointing to get excited about a new series only to find it's incomplete or starts halfway through.
