I used the assistant alot to make hands free calls. Now, when I say "hey google, call x" it will only open the contact but won't make the call. There is no support or anything I can find on this issue and I have allowed all the permissions, reinstalled app, everything I could find that may possibly help. Worked fine in the past, don't know what's wrong now. Very disappointing because I can't rely on the hands free call feature when I'm on the road.

I've been looking forward to using the assistant app after using a Huawei phone for a couple of years. But this app seems to be completely useless. When I say "hey Google " it simply opens a search landing page and won't follow any other command I give. I can use the voice search from there but the whole idea is to have the assistant do what you ask without me having to click anything which is not happening. I still have to do it myself. Very disappointing after waiting for it so long.

Good app and all but when I ask it to translate things it does so and automatically opens up a new thing to translate more. I just wanted to know the one thing, not translate more. The problem is I'm trying to translate Chinese so I can write it and Google assistance saves me time but I can't read the characters when it disappears so quickly. If I want to translate something else I will start a new enquiry myself, it mustn't do it automatically. I hope this gets taken into consideration.
