It makes the plan according to the person and the voice command is the way good option. There is no need to touch the phone between exercise voice command explains everything in a great way. After every exercise one will get rest of 30 sec and he/ she can skip it if they want to but rest is also important for the beginners.one thing which I feel that there is need of music while exercising if you can add option of playing music from any app or local music in it so it becom more great to use

Very beginner friendly in my opinion. For those of you who think it's too hard, you can easily give feedback about it's difficulty and the system will automatically make it easier (or.. you just lack the motivation). I'm not very athletic myself and I still find this quite engaging, challenging, and fun.

Great app. The one issue that I mainly have are the exercises. They're all great, but on the second day, it asked me to do 12 diamond pushups and I could only do 12 normal ones. Though it is just a workout app it should have a diet section that has meals that are high in protein that are good to eat before and after a workout. The final problem I have with this app is that the calories burnt are all wrong. For a 15 minute workout, it told me I had burnt 200 kcal. Good for building muscle though.
