This is really a good app to take up challenges about fitness. This app completes it's promises and it actually works !! Do try 4 moths abs challege specially girls ! This is the best workout app

App is good but the data sharing with Google fit is stopped and I can't see any option to share my workout data with Google fit again.

I have been using it for a month and a half and I cannot believe the changes I have gone through. It not only improves your body shape to an unrecognisable state but the stretch evercises at the end of workout reduces cramps and lower back pain. I definately suggest this app if you want to lose fats at rapid rate. I have a suggestion for the developer that they can include certain diet plans in the app too. I definately suggest this app for you. It even helps with thighs and arms.10/10 go for it
