Hello i have issue i cant transfer money from zen to my bank account i type my info but it wont allow to continue

Zablokowali przelew przychodzący bez powodu. Nie polecam, zostałem bez pieniędzy. Support odpowiada że zajmie się sprawą "jaknajszybciej" nie określając ile czasu faktycznie może to potrwać.
