• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Google Fit to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

This app is useless. I can't login from my phone. I'm pretty sure it was cut and pasted together by the developers. My issue is that I've changed my password 4 times, only to login the first time with the new password and the app tells me I've had too many invalid login attempts and must change my password. That's my issue. To prove my point, their bot they copy and pasted the code for with a minor tweak will probably respond to this negative review asking me to email them what my issue is.

Good for necessary stuff but the bells and whistles don't work. Mobile check in doesn't work. Mobile nearby check in doesn't work. Can't change your picture. Messaging generally works. Payments generally work. Switching between services generally works. It's good to review up coming appointments and sometimes to schedule an appointment.

Thank you for the review. Each healthcare organization has their own instance of MyChart. Please reach out to them for support. If you don't know how to reach them, just email us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, let us know the issue and the organization name and we can look up their contact info for you.

This used to be very useful & easy. But I haven't been able to access it in months. It constantly says "there was a problem logging in with your user name or password." However I can go online & sign on just fine using the same password. I've tried changing my password, making sure permissions are all selected, but nothing works. It doesn't seem to matter which account I'm trying to sign in to. No point having the app if I can't use it.

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue. Please email the details of this issue to us at MyChartSupport@epic.com, include the details listed here, and let us know which health system you are logging into so we can troubleshoot further. Each health system hosts their own instance of Epic, so we may ultimately need to reach out to them.

What's new

Downloading and viewing files is now a more consistent experience. This feature is available immediately to all users who upgrade the app.

You can now see organizations that provide both your healthcare and insurance as two separate organizations in your linked accounts. This feature might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.
