You spend 30 minutes going through all the steps to book your flight in the app, and then you are unable to press the last button to finalize the transaction. You keep pressing the last button to complete the transaction and nothing happens. So frustrating! Best to simply use Google Chrome browser from a PC. This app is worthless.

After the update, very difficult the check the pricing prior to purchasing the tickets. Today 12th July, I tried booking family ticket but the apps doesn't allow me to choose their name as the main ticket holder. Very annoying as we have to buy their tickets separately. This apps is so badly designed. In theory, I should be able to buy tickets for my kids even though I'm not flying.

How on earth they got 4star???? When majority is complaining below. Extremely bad UI and Slow and heavy UI....loading is horrendous can't book often time out... using Google is way faster then this useless app. Very frustrating when wanted to book usually will go white blank.. not easy software lifecycle is very bad.
