All of a sudden, app has stopped responding. Unable to access on mobile. Goes into a hang after pin is entered. Statement "shield running at half-integration" pops up. But have not been able to log in for over a month. Before that all was well. Have been writing to SCB, I don't think their technical team knows what is wrong. They keep repeating the same steps and questions despite my multiple responses.

paying a credit card bill is a torturous process. Through the app only when you try to pay the bill you have to enter the card details again, to enter the card number twice, it won't take you to any UPI supported app etc. what is this nonsense in the AI era. Hope you people take it into account and make the said thing simple.

Why does the app always ask to allow sending mail to inbox and there is no skip option as well?? Is is this a banking app or a promotional app?? Recently they closed my credit card without any intimation or reason, when I asked for the reason they were not able to provide me one. RBI should look into the workings of these types of banks.
