What in God's name you ppl are doing! App keeps taking longer to retrieve user info or login. Can't make payments to same user i have been paying for years! Service getting worst for overseas! Your upload cnic button doesnt work. I tapped that button several times and it didnt work. Trying to scan the cnic or the overseas card doesnt work either. App is as useless as the bankers in the bank. Thank you for making our lives more miserable and tough than it already is.

What the hell...! I have to update this application even after every month. I don't have enough space in my device. I uninstalled all apps but can't still update it. Just think about that you are in trouble or in emergency situation and you have to transfer some money to anyone, you open UBL app and you receive a notification of update on it and you can't even open the app. I rate it by one star, if i can rate below one star i will surely rate this below one star.

Good banking app with a clean and user-friendly interface. UBL’s app works well for people who work online or manage their bank accounts from other countries. It can be easily controlled from abroad and is useful for overseas Pakistanis sending money to Pakistan. However, when remittances are received, a small amount is deducted immediately after the transfer and then another small amount is deducted again. This double deduction needs clarification. Overall, a good and reliable banking app.
