Good app... Until it does an update. Then I need to log in again. Usually at the counter to pay for fuel. However the app forgets my sign in details. This has happened a few times, a few months[?] between updates means I forget my password. Frustrating trying to remember all my passwords. I do use a password manager, but this app, won't remember after updating.

I gave 3 stars because It was great (5 stars) but not anymore (now 1 star). Since the last update it logs me out and when I try to log back in, I get an error. It always does it when I'm at the service station trying to use a fuel lock and then I have to pay full price. My velocity points card is also linked in there, so I miss out on them too.

most of the time it works OK but on a few occasions the petrol discount doesn't stay there for the 7 days it has reset after 3 days instead and I tried ringing 7-11 but couldn't get through. I'm not Tech savvy and only have the phone to use and when I finally get through after trying everything for an hr I'm told that there is no record of me using the fuel lock app and then they SAY " have a nice day" and then they hang up you need to do better....
