Having logging in troubles regularly. I try both email & sms to receive the link but it immediately shuts down the app (even though I've kept it open) and then I have to try again. Takes me about 5 times and then it turns around and says "too many attempts, try again in 2 hours". It has nothing to do with my phone as I have already investigated my phone's permission settings, etc and made the necessary changes.

I understand the need for account security BUT 99% of the time logging in with an SMS link request takes over 5 minutes to get a link. This is pathetic! Using biometric login also doesn't work if the app is used infrequently. To use again it requires a complete uninstall and reinstall. This too is pathetic! Clicking on "Offers for you" and then selecting 'Not interested' does nothing. This "Feature" has been broken for a LONG time. Guess what, this is pathetic! Could someone fix this app? SOON!

For a telecommunications company to have such a pathetic app is a disgrace. The I in their IT department clearly stands for Incompetent. All the pay options continually fail on a regular basis. There is absolutely NO WAY I would recommend Vodafone to anyone. The only reason I gave it one star is because you can't give a negative number.
