I understand the need for account security BUT 99% of the time logging in with an SMS link request takes over 5 minutes to get a link. This is pathetic! Using biometric login also doesn't work if the app is used infrequently. To use again it requires a complete uninstall and reinstall. This too is pathetic! Clicking on "Offers for you" and then selecting 'Not interested' does nothing. This "Feature" has been broken for a LONG time. Guess what, this is pathetic! Could someone fix this app? SOON!

You'll get an email that says your bill is ready to be viewed, which for some reason isn't included in that email and a link will direct you to this awful app. Guaranteed it'll have already logged you out but you don't log back in with a password, you'll need to follow another link from a text but the link won't work. There is no other way to log into this app. Hope you've already got your direct debit set up so you don't get charged their $15 late fee.

Since you have no other alternative places to post this feedback in App and the AI doesn't understand anything I say, here goes: I do automatic recharges of $55 to get the $5 discount. If I manually recharge before the expiry date however I do not get this discount. I would of thought you would offer the discount still as you are receiving the payment and funds earlier than anticipated, surely I am still eligible for the $5 discount? Please correct this issue, it's unfair for the consumer. 🫶
