Ratings and reviews

May be good for the trainer, but as a client find the app very archaic and cumbersome to use. May be good for new lifters, but for the advanced there are better and easier apps for entering and tracking exercises that also offer analytics and have a rest timer. Not a fan.

Really great app to help you work through workouts, mobility exercises using your coach's videos, notes etc

Wish it interfaced with my Garmin watch better and MyFitnessPal. other wise fantastic app!
