Ratings and reviews

Please add a tablet layout for foldable devices. Foldables are in their sixth generation and need to be supported properly instead of giving us a stretched out app with poor usage of space. Please add Dark Mode support. This has been a feature in Android since version 9.0......... We're going into version 15 of Android and we still don't have this feature support from you guys. It's unacceptable. No one wants to look at all this blinding white in 2024.

I'm a Lifetime Diamond (yes, Globalist - seriously WORST name ever for premier traveler), the Hyatt website has never been great but the app is pathetic. It only works correctly about half of the time, it doesn't offer the most important features to business travelers, and DEMANDS you update the app from time to time. Inevitably when you don't have the time or the bandwidth. For instance, getting into a cab in Madrid and I couldn't even open the app to get the hotel address but I could see in the background the hotel info (covered by the demand to upgrade). Hyatt service has consistently slid downhill for several years, this app is more of that...

Great app with a great looking, smooth and easy to navigate interface. Nearly everything you could want in a hotel app. The only issue I've had was sometime within the past 2 weeks the keyless entry "floating key" has disappeared from my app and I haven't been able to get it back even after doing a reinstall. It was working great until then and the hotel says everything on their end is still setup properly. It's a great feature and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
