I got this app immediately after I opened my account around August 2024. It's quite fast in response and does not buffer and easy to use. I, however, would like the ability to change my login username. Also, if I can get rid of the pop-up notification about logging in with my bio data(fingerprint), it would be 100% efficient for me.

My OTPs keep taking time,also I'm trying to register for Absa pay but keeps crashing 😫,can't pay to tills and payrolls directly from the app... I honestly donno why...but everything else seems fine. please check on this.

Could you guys better the app? It takes alot of time loading and also the log in process is too long, biometric settings keep failing.
