very difficult to delete your old items and try to add them back. God help you if you ever change your network name for any reason, maybe you have a new modem or router. although the panel connects very easily to the new network, every little device is extremely painful to get onto the new network. The software they use must be 15 years old, it is extremely buggy, and you will take many attempts to try to get the device simply onto your new network.

The app is good, I've had Brinks for about 2.5 years. Everything with the app has been fine until about 2 months ago when I wasn't able to pay my bill through the app. I keep getting a black screen with an error and I have to go online in order to pay my bill. Going online takes more time and sometimes I don't have the time. I used to pay my bill within about 2 min or less using the app, now I have to stop whatever I'm doing, login on the website to be able to pay. Is very inconvenient!!

This app was professional when first installed, after three years I started having issues. Going into the 4th year it says retry. Retry doesn't work, it works when it wants to. I hit the doorbell icon for live and it just searches. You cannot see was going on in front of your premises because doorbell live doesn't work. It best to report them to the better business bureau. To see if you can get assistance from the security service that you're paying for. You call in then they hang up on you.
