Long time subscriber. Over 6 years to see a series only offered here. Even though you pay a premium for commercial free service you still see ads. Whether it's for an additional service or a prime video exclusive. Frequently freezes when it's opened and won't even allow you to select a show. You attempt to scroll down to see your "continue watching" list and it closes before you can even get there. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and am still seeing the same issues.

To start the app won't let me pause the movie/show I'm watching. When I leave and come back, it begins in the middle of previous episode I've already seen. The app proceeds to not let me go to the menu to go to the correct episode. If I have somewhat watched an episode it still starts it from the beginning, making so I have to search for the correct spot. I've only watched 1 season of a show and I've been so absolutely frustrated.

most available titles still need to be paid for, and it's very hard to navigate between stuff that is already being paid for with the monthly subscription and the stuff it will make you pay for. this could easily be fixed by putting them in different sections. it also never saves my progress in my shows and movies, causing me to manually find my episode every time, and find my spot, and rematch the ads I've already watched while watching the episode. l wonder if this is intentional for more ads
