It's good and easy to use app but recently when i cash in thru 7/11 I don't receive the money instantly it happened 4 times already. I need to wait for a few days to get the money credited back in my account. I urgently need the money to pay my dues but it's getting delayed because if this. Can you please fix them???? It's so annoying that it happened 4 times already. I emailed you everytime it happened. But the feedback took too many days.

I have no problem transferring money but I am badly having trouble logging in!! Every time I waited for a security code sent to my email.. I'm just not receiving it in real time. I have to wait more than 15 minutes to get it it leaves me so clueless whenever I resend the code it takes time!!

App is the worse I've ever used. I registered the account then the account was successfully registered even have the reference number but when i tried to log in again. system is not accepting my phone number and password. You also cant reset the password. The customer service is also just as awful as the app. if i could provide 0 star I would.
