I request people never use this app They offer slot and it is almost 2hrs late. I reached customer service through chat. I don't know why they are closing the within one minute. They don't even respond properly. The items very not at packed. I used my hands to grab the total items. They don't even provide mini cover also. Worst customer service ever seen

Worst application ! Duping customers by unique modus operandi. They lure customers by giving some discount. After a month , suddenly they charge you by 99 + Rs. debiting your wallet,saying short collection. I got a notice that my account has 99 /- Rs. Debit. I buy things COD, on MRP, no question of debit. We order the commodity and get it on full cash payment. This is how they run their business. This is alert for new customers. Me and my friends are leaving the app.

Worst kind of service on the app. Shows 10 minutes delivery but doesn't have any estimated time once ordered, could also take up to 1 hour or get cancelled. I tried raising a complaint from the app but the agent is asking for an email and phone number for verification purposes, can't you just pull up the information from your end. Used so many apps but didn't get this kind of service.
