Ratings and reviews

The mobile banking app has been quite frustrating to use. Last year, I faced significant issues receiving OTPs, making the app nearly unusable. Furthermore, it incorrectly states that my device's security is compromised. Accessing my account online has also become disappointing, as it now requires a mobile key pass instead of the more convenient OTP I previously relied on. It’s hard to understand why anyone would think it’s a good idea to link the app and the website for account access.

App is not usable at all since the most recent update! I'm working abroad and have my roaming number turned on to receive bank OTPs but since the update, it keeps crashing right after I open the app and says "Device Security Compromised". I added the app to a secure folder but now it requires me to send a message to BPI for device registration again, which I can't because roaming numbers can only receive and not send. Now I can't do anything at all! 😡

I cannot use it properly as it immediately closes just after logging in. I thought maybe it's out of date but I just checked, there's no update. how would I trust this app? there was also a time I got worried for nothing. It said that there have been 2 withdraws done in 1 day but I just did once. good thing I kept all the printed receipt of atm withdrawals. and it matches the balance in the app. it's confusing. so useless

What’s new

Logging in on a web browser? Use the ""Log in a via QR scanner"" method as an alternative if you don't receive your Mobile Key. It's fast and secure.

BPI Privilege Cards are now available for Private Wealth clients. Access signature experiences via the BPI app.
