I never write a review, but this app is way too frustrating! Banking is such an important task, not a mobile game. What customers are looking for is reliability. What is the point of a new app if it just constantly hangs and crashes. Edit: when trying to transfer money. Searching recipient bank hangs it. So instead of searching, i had to scroll down. Once that passed, entering any amount into the transfer amount also hangs the app. Edit 2: just turning trying to QR pay hangs the app too.

A very redundant and useless app. I deliberately created the eco-savings account because it mentions it can be done all virtually. However, the app keeps rebooting, had to delete and re-install multiple times. It does not detect any of my cards at all. Thus, when I received my credit card and wanted to activate it via this app (as per how they instructed on the QR code tutorial), I could not activate it via the app at all nor can I change the card pin via the app. GREENWASHING!

Ever since I changed to this new app. I've been experiencing multiple times of issues relating to the QR payment ( app keeps freezing and crashing ) and even though I've restarted my device multiple times, it still persisted. This had caused unwanted inconvenience on my side multiple times. I do love the new UI but please look into this as some stores only accepts these types of payments.
