Ratings and reviews

Overall ok, but you should give users the ability to choose and transact again instead of forcing us to logout each time you transact. Let's say if you're at a hawker centre and going store to store to order food, and then drinks next, it doesn't make sense to logout then login again. On a separate note, when you try to give feedback or write any remarks it'll tell you "this service isn't available right now". So what's the point of asking for feedback when your service is not available?

Wonky at times. No separation of promo vs transaction notifications, so there seems to be no way to avoid getting their marketing messages if you still want to be notified for transactions. Outside of the app, DBS itself failed to flag 37 back-to-back overseas ATM transactions as suspicious, then went on to disclaim any liability. Edit: DBS is always cut-and-paste 'sorry' for the inconvenience, but never sorry enough to change until the law requires them to.

I am closing the paypah wallet through App. But unable to do so. The app stop at "Tell me why" page and unable to advance forward. It is forcing customers not to close the wallet.
