Ratings and reviews

I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

The app needs improving you can't see what a customer has ordered until you check in at restaurant which means you don't know what size bag you need to collect order. Also it doesn't navigate automatically once accepting an order like Uber does you have to go to third party navigation app. Also there doesn't appear to be a floating bubble like Uber and screen doesn't stay on permanently like Uber's does, hopefully these will be sorted out soon, other than that it is ok

There is a problem in the application, from yesterday I cannot call the customer. whenever I try to call a weird number with no way to call. Please solve it immediately. I couldn't continue like this. It's a major software bug.I Changed my phones yet Still facing the same problem. Please solve it ,🙏
