The delivery tracking experience was very frustrating as my order was delayed by over an hour. Without informing me, the order was cancelled and the payment was not refunded, which was really disappointing. Customer service has been unhelpful and has fallen short of expectations, adding to the overall negative experience. I generally dont write such negative reviews, but it was meant for someone else & cancelling it after more than 1.5 hrs caused serious inconvenience. Hope things improve soon!!

Very disappointing first experience. I downloaded this app because it showed a Buy One Get One Free offer. But when I placed my order, the conditions for the offer were not clearly displayed. As a new user, I assumed BOGO would apply automatically (like in other apps). Instead, I ended up paying ₹192 for just a single roll, which is unreasonably high. When I contacted support, they kept repeating the same rule (“you must add 2 items, coupon cancels BOGO”) instead of actually helping. I explaine

You can’t reliably contact the delivery person—sometimes they pick up the call, sometimes they don’t, especially at night. I also left clear instructions not to ring the bell, but they rang it anyway. Completely unreliable service. Would not recommend.
