Now I can't sign in at all. "Something went wrong. Try again." Successfully reset password, but same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Don't use the app very often, so don't know when this started, but was happening about a month ago and is still happening (didn't try in between because was hoping it would be fixed by an app update). Even better than fixing signin would be: don't make me sign into a mobile app at all. Let me just sign into the router, like previous Netgear routers did.

It's very slow. And the devices switches part doesn't work well. Most of the times I need to turn on or off a device more than once for it to work. Edit 2025 with new orbi 770. The app is still very slow. Sometimes it's up to a minute just "thinking". If you pause a profile in parental control it can take a few minutes to actually make the change. They also try to charge you for other things that should be free with the purchase of the device, such as basic parental control.

Furious I spent this much on the orbi mesh! This is not much better than my $200 router. It DOES NOT work with 2.4g things like smart lights. They say it does but it's impossible to figure out how to make it work and I've spent hours. My $200 router was so very much more simple and connected easily to both 2.4 and 5g devices. The range on the satellites is not that much better. Customer service is non existent and doesn't last as long as you need it. Definitely recommend the cheaper models
