Update app for simplicity reasons. I thought the original layout was fine. But I see mobile ordering will be available in the future, makes accessing the menu a little difficult. Menu can be simplified even more. I understand sticking to your most popular, but I should have to look 2 different sections of the app to see the possible flavors for coffee. Or seeing a fan favorite description as "top secret" isnt helpful. Please just make a list of flavors you offer.

The "new" version of the app is garbage (and several Dutch Bros employees agreed with me). Can no longer easily access the menu without clicking on the address first, wants you to place a "mobile order" though the locations don't all have it and this is essentially a stupid feature at a drive through coffee shop (like ordering fast food on their apps as though they aren't fast enough...free up your schedules folks...dang). No longer intuitive and functionally well ordered. Slow and stupid.

The update is bad. It looks so clunky and handles horribly. I miss the perfect list format of the original when scrolling through flavors. The tiles have text that is cut off and it's a nightmare to scroll. Not only that, the app sticker descriptions are cute off and you have to scroll every line of text. Finally, they got rid of a ton of flavors to pick from in the app... Really feeling the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" here.
