Ratings and reviews

The current version trashes in few couple of hour when in use.

I have to reinstall the app every now and then to use it as throws an error even when connected to a high speed internet. Their devlopers are least bothered to check this particular issue as I see many other users are facing the same issue from last many months. If they are already trying to resolve this, then they have taken significant amount of time to crack the deal. Freshworsk- Any plans for changing your dev and getting this resolved??

It will truly be great if there's an option of choosing or customizing the notification sound (just like in Freshdesk). It will be easier to determine if there's a chat by hearing it's distinct ringtone. Also, hoping there's an option to modify the name and email address (just like in desktop) so it will not be a hassle anymore to switch from phone app to desktop just to edit the name and email address. Thanks!
