App is extremely slow and doesn't give notifications on time. if I have it set to tell me about my washer and dryer it won't tell me when it's done on time. Only when I unlock my phone to use it will I get a barrage of notifications. Signed out, uninstalled and reinstalled and yeah that didn't fix anything. Btw it's not just me with this issue. Fix your app.

Please try the following steps: Open the app. Tap the three horizontal lines on the top left of the app - you will see a Sign Out option at the bottom. Sign out, delete the app. Redownload the app and sign in. If the issue is not resolved please contact our support team at 1-800-220-6899 or email connected@help.geappliances.com - Jonathon@SmartHQ

My stove/oven was connected for several months. Our internet went out, came back on later this evening. Stove will not connect/reconnect again at all to the app! Says my wifi password or network is wrong! NO, IT'S NOT! I think I know my own information! It was working fine before, nothing changed on my end! I tried for over an hour to connect. It isn't connecting to my wifi! This app is horrible!

Update: This app is still an annoyance. It regularly stops sending notifications, and it seems to only want to update the appliances when they are already in use. These types of apps should automatically update during off hours. Original Review: It's one of those "smart" apps that takes you in endless circles just to get logged in. I'm already annoyed, and it hasn't even been of use yet.
