The app used to work great until I suddenly quit getting notifications. Nothing on my end was changed, and they just quit working. It's very annoying. Judging by the numerous complaints that are similar on here, I am not the only one. Update: The information they gave me below worked after a few attempts. I'm still not sure why an update changed my settings, but my problem did get fixed.

when i try sending pictures or files over the app, 9/10 times they get trapped in the queued "outbox" even when i am on wifi. there are no options offered to resend it, and they just stay in the outbox with only one small notification to let me know what happened. i have turned in assignments on time that ended up being late because of this. please fix it.

Sometimes you get email, sometimes don't. Uhm, and what's with deleting emails and getting them again after you delete.... so sad app from such a big company. Feels like startup more... UPDATE OCT30, 2024: the app does not sync good. Sometimes I need to go in and refresh couple of times to see received emails. This is totally getting me in very inconvinient situations with email senders. Secondly, when I DELETE messages from inbox that are for deletion, I do not expect them to show
