Hello I'm experiencing a glitch on the HBL - Habib Bank Limited app. The app asked for an OTP while I tried registering a new device. However, upon tapping the OTP field, the keyboard failed to appear. I then attempted to update the app, only to find that it showed a numeric keypad, even though the OTP contains alphanumeric characters. To add to the complexity, the alphanumeric keypad only appeared once. 😕 While we appreciate HBL's commitment to enhancing security, it's essential to ensure.

Despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved, and I find myself unable to access my account through the app. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of customer service provided by HBL. The issue I am encountering is that while I receive the OTP email, I am unable to type it into the app as there is no option available for typing. Additionally, when I attempt to use the "Get a Call" option, neither SMS nor call notifications are received on my registered number.

The worst service you can imagine. It's been weeks since I applied for a cheque book. There's no update no help. Helpline is useless as they have access to no information at all. The branch does not bother responding to queries or answering the phone. The app has no way of properly logging a complaint or getting help, you send an email and hope and pray someone does something. Not to mention how the app constantly crashes for no reason. Honestly abysmal service.
