No search, no filter for unavailable choices and the flagship coffee reward doesn't tell you when you can redeem it until you redeem it and start a 30min timer. To then realise nowhere is nearby but you would've been there later, after the timer is up. Clearly been thought up by someone who lives in the centre of London and has never visited a town or village in their life. Also, before you give me a link to click in reply to this; you know people can't click hyperlinks in reviews, right??

Got a notification for an offer: - first the biometric login wouldn't work. had to try multiple times before it let me in - then got sent an OTP which didn't work! tried this twice before giving up. As per previous comments, have never been successful in redeeming an offer because there is always an issue. Worst rewards program ever.
