Ratings and reviews

The app shows matches on its own. Despite putting up your preferences it will show irrelevant matches. I have screen recording showing the difference between my preferences in app and matches I am being shown. If possible I would have attached here. The worst part for me is that I have paid for the membership now I can't do anything. The executives will speak to you over the call know about your preferences but still same. Not a very good app for matrimonial purposes.

Current update in app is very disturbing, previously it was not sending any notifications to profiles while checking only photos without opening profile, it help to review without letting them know. It's not great idea to notify them every time when we just what to review initial details. Please check this and try to mark it as earlier. Thanks.

It's a zombie app. Users will be bombarded with payment popups on start, on scroll, on emails. Once subscription amount is paid, you still see popups for higher upgrades everywhere. Experience feels like I am the only one on this app, same profile recommendations for months. No one visits my profile, no one accepts/declines requests. No new members come on this platform, same set of profiles month after month (probably fake).
