I downloaded the Jeevansathi app after seeing an ad on Instagram. However, right off the bat, it demanded a subscription—specifically the ₹205 'Mini Pro' plan. This turned out to be a complete waste of both time and money, as the subscription is utterly useless; I fail to see what "premium services" it actually provides. For instance, if I try to request details about a specific girl,

I purchased an e-membership. It worked for the first few (2-3)months, but then it stopped working. They changed the privacy and design of the app, so you are no longer able to use the e-membership. You need to purchase a higher version. indirectly they are making the money with premium with no used.

You will get anything for match whether you have set preferences or you have bought membership. i have rejected so many profiles. Also i am trying to get my profile verified by taking selfie since day 1. The functionality is so bad, it make ur photo worse and then proceed for verification and it always failed. I dont know why i am even writing all this. I will ask the development team to work on basic features and customise match making experience. I am uninstalling the app.
