I love, key bank. They are always so very helpful with any issue, they keep an eye on your account and alert you if there is any suspected fraud. Many times I have received a text or a phone call to confirm that it was me that was attempting a transaction and many times it wasn't me. Their customer service reps are always patient and kind. yea key bank!! I don't ever remember having any problems with this app, very user friendly, and transferring funds is a breeze.

just seeing all the reviews, I'll add my own. rarely does the app actually load. I also am not able to get into the web app. It sends me to the app to verify my identity, and guess what, it won't load. so frustrating. I've had this account for years and I'm pretty done with it. I also had issues with their bill payment. I'm not sure if it was my title company or keybank, but multiple money orders were lost, and it was a huge battle to get partially refunded. just unacceptable all around

Quick and easy. I can transfer money in seconds at anytime. The only thing I would change, is the notifications for balance. I turned them on so I would get a notification everytime I spent any money, and that notification would tell me the amount I had left in that account. These notifications only work SOMETIMES. My Money Network app told me, EVERY SINGLE TIME and it was so convenient. I was mildly disappointed when I figured out KeyBank app isn't as up to speed.
