easy to use, i can find everything i need really quick, and it immediately shows the current balance after any transaction, even the ones that are pending. edit: I've been having the same problem other people have- my account randomly overdrawing money that i haven't spent or isn't even there. this does not show up from the teller's perspective and they aren't able to help us with it.

I am having the same issue as everyone else on here. The app only works half the time. I am sure I will get the same generic response as the others having problems...clear cache, uninstall, re-download, blah blah blah. Funny, I don't have to do that with any other banking apps. I am highly considering taking my personal, business, and merchant account somewhere else. And please do not tell me to call some customer support number, you do the work and fix the issues.

missed my vacation w/ my kids due to your app issue. Haven't been on one in 23 years. Thanks. I have been with the bank for maybe 30 days now &plan on leaving very soon due to ongoing issues with the app. It has not worked for close to 2 weeks, and I have not been able to log in 2 times. I was told it was an issue w/me being new &they put my info in wrong and it would be fixed in 3 days. 2 weeks later its always it will be fixed in a few days its a bank issue. I reinstall it all the time
