Ratings and reviews

Customer service is very bad. I have purchased something online through my account, points were never added. Tried adding manually, the request was rejected. Tried emailing customer are and never got reply. Tried logging in a complaint via app, it doesn't work, text can't be added. It's ok to use this in store but be careful as cashiers are not asking if you have Shukran so you must ask them to add your purchase.... Don't use app for online purchases ever!

App doesn't even start after download. Oeps try again we are fixing this, but the fix takes more then a week and still no fix

Gift Card tab when pressed shows error. Unable to redeem Gift Card.
