I want to like this app because it doesn't have all the ads, allows you to create your own workout plan, has a large database of exercises, allows you to create your own exercises, share and store routines, etc. But I I want to keep track of my workouts. The stats section is very bare. It doesn't show you when you complete each routine, like on what day, length of exercise, individual stats for that day and/or week. It needs more details in that department. Might look for a different app.

I wish you could just check off exercises as you do them, rather than having a timer going as soon as you select something. It's never going to be a totally accurate time, since I'm moving around the gym and using different equipment and can't constantly be using my phone, and the time is running during that and stressing me out. I do love the wide range of exercises in the catalog though, and using this as a basic planner is helpful.

First use was solid! Still learning the best way to set it up to blend plyo metrics/ boxing drills and weight training. You should add "rest" if you superset timed exercises to allow time to move to the next activity. It'd be nice if there was a "prep" timer option. Like the large library of exercises and that it automatically adds new exercises I create.
