Ratings and reviews

Solid (but pricey) home security. The UI could stand to be redesiged. It's kind of a bummer I can queue my doorbell on my Google TV ( like advertised on Apple TV). I would like to see camera snap shots on my watch too (like with Ring). It's a good service over all, but the learning curve is real. example: arming the system is not intuitive. You have to open the app, then tap 2 more times just to arm or disarm. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it is for a lot of people.

It's a good app overall, but adding the home base creates a headache. I want to see a 4k stream, but after adding the base I can get no better than 1080p. First, please figure out a way to do 4k with the base. Second, implement a way to disconnect a camera from the base without needing to fully remove it from my account and add it back. Should be as simple as selecting the home base or the memory card.

App keeps getting worse and worse. It super slow and laggy. I can try to open it to respond to a visitor but sometimes it takes so long that the person already walked away. It doesn't always show me the events, I can scroll down my events list and it will just stop scrolling, you can see there are events below it just won't scroll down. I'll get event notifications for events, but they never show up in the events page. Once I view them from the notification, they are gone forever.
