the new feature is not good it just popup like indrive and gives the lesser time to decide whether to accept or not.sometimes it auto delete ride during accepting time . I am a old driver and I thing I will leave the app as it am not getting the old features as new feature is not giving me rides and now this popup features .now I think I will use yangoo for some times as driver are also suggesting me to use the yangoo but I was not willing to use as I was happy with pathao but now new featu'

This app needs to change some aspects, such as the sound and notification when the order is received, whereas other companies' apps are easily fixing any problems and Another thing is to introduce a system that allows customers to talk directly online through apps. If this system is introduced, riders will benefit greatly. Riders' mobile phone expenses will be greatly reduced.

It's very bad because it decrease driver's rating without any reason.that makes driver's negative sense shows to the passenger and it will give long distance specially at the office time.guilty of passenger but punish to driver.its not a good reason.
