After the introduction of the new parcel scanning system on the Pathao Agent app, rider work has slowed down by about 50%. This has led many riders to consider quitting their jobs. Our question is - who is actually benefiting from this system, the company or the rider? Rather, due to the extra time taken, riders are not able to mark deliveries on time, which increases the risk of damaging the delivery ratio. The company benefits when the rider's work is made easier and faster.

Salary statement apps show that the facility is provided in the app but that facility has been turned off. These apps have been run since 2020 and so far you have not been able to enable the salary statement option ,which is very unfortunate.

What’s new

- Paid Return (DRTO) fee is now fetched per-order from the backend and pre-filled into the amount field, with minimum/maximum fee validation and numeric-only input enforced.
- When the entered amount matches the applicable Paid Return fee, the delivery is confirmed directly without requiring a merchant OTP step.
- Pickup Scanner now debounces duplicate scans of the same code within 2 seconds and shows a processing/loading state while a scan is being submitted.
