DO NOT order delivery on the app! It took an hour to get to my workplace... That's just ridiculous! I would prefer to pay the 3 to 4 extra dollars in cost and order through a third party to ensure my food is delivered in a decent amount of time to still somewhat enjoy a break. You live, & you learn. There's also nowhere in the app that I have seen to check my order history. Seems rather odd. I can't speak to the accumulation & redemption of rewards yet, though.

Great Restaurant. Clunky App Doesn't let you edit your food once it's in the basket, only delete. Told me I could do delivery and after the entire ordering process, pick up was the only option. Had to click on things several times to get them to work Slow response. Makes me sad because I love this place... Looks like I will go back to ordering online and just use this app for getting points.

You can't actually order food from this app and pay in store. So it's kinda pointless in that regard. Furthermore, the app takes awhile to load the main screen. It needs to stop asking for location and just have a saved favorite chop shop. There is one location where I'm at so very annoying and even if there were many it's an annoying pop up that hinders my experience. The menu add ons/removable options are different in app than the store. App needs much improvement.
