This app is okay. It's a clunky app. The color of the photo you print is not true, it prints much darker than expected, and it's very touchy about adjusting the brightness. Try to adjust it just a little and you wind up with a picture much too bright. It's next to impossible to tell how bright you need to adjust it so that it prints relatively true to color. You also can't back out of an editing tab without having to start from square one again. And you can choose to edit a photo OR print preview in order to fill the whole print (print w/o the white borders), but you can't do both. So several things that need improving.

Literally the worst, seemingly easy, tech I've ever used. The printer is useless without the app and the app hasn't worked for me in well over 2 years, despite updates. I decided to try it again, and was forced to update. But I tried several times, even leaving the update screen open for an hour and it never updated or gave me any kind of error message. I would take the printer to the Goodwill, but don't want someone to buy something I KNOW will not work. Worst app/ product combo EVER. TRASH.

Ever since C&A Marketing took over for my Polaroid Zip app I have all kinds of trouble getting my printer to work. Third time now trying to get it to work. Un-installed then reinstalled. Still no luck getting it, this time, to work. Was in contact with customer service and followed their directions to no avail. I'm giving up. I'll look for another mini printer. What a waste, as it had worked perfectly before all these updates and required permissions.
