I used the printer for a month with only minor issues. Then I turn it on to print new photos and it won't connect to Bluetooth. It pairs and then nothing. I constantly get error messages saying "something went wrong", "can't connect to server" and "not recognized by server". I cannot get any customer support 😢, no phone numbers found and no response to email. I am very disappointed. Now I'll have to buy a different one.

Worked great two Days ago, now it doesn't recognize my printer. It's paired, but it won't connect to the printer. It tells me my email has been used when I try to sign in. It says the email isn't registered. I can't get inside the app. I can't try to troubleshoot any, this sucks. I've been using this app for several years. And this is the first time I've encountered an issue. I tried log in using facebook and it comes up an error. Extremely frustrated user.

What happened? This was working perfectly fine for me and I was using it on a regular basis. Suddenly, it wouldn't add photos to the queue and the photos I selected to print would disappear. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and the app will not fully open now. Just loops the "loading something awesome" page with no success. It has literally become a brick.
