Really wish this App did not have so many unnecessary Updates!!! The latest Update has caused this App to play up, now when i enter my Email Address and Password which are both correct it tells me they are wrong and won't let me log on!!! Then suddenly after several attempts it realises they are right and lets me log on!!! Never had this problem until this recent Update!!! Please just stop updating all the time as you are messing the App up!!! From a very annoyed user!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I've been using this app for over 10 years and now I can't sign in !! it doesn't recognise my email address or password, useless! can't view my weekly pay slips or P60. Can't even change my password nothing works. Don't even get a welcome email. No one can help me with this, just going round in circles. Please help. Thanks.

was working fine until the latest update now asks for biometric id which I do not have set up, everytime I open the app, proceeds to tell me my fingerprint is not recognised then locks me out the app, ive tried turning the settings off on my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothings working.
