S2B is a really poorly designed app and poorly designed website with primitive functionality. it makes payments complicated and there is no help available. Unable to pay utilities and tax which is what every company has to do. can't imagine what the team is thinking of when they designed this. it is a nightmare to use. i am working on how to change banks because it is just so hard to access needed banking functions.

why do we have to log on separately to access account info; or to connect to an online account. we should be able to log in just once to perform our banking tasks. Very frustrated 😠
