Ratings and reviews

I appreciate the effort taken to make the app, it works pretty well most of the time. I however think it'll work even better if it had a more aesthetically pleasing UI. Everything is pretty basic and that kinda makes it look bland. Also, the in-app ads about the other services you offer. I'd prefer if they weren't present altogether as 99% of users probably never click them anyways.

The app works well. But 1. Add the option to disable all transaction sms alerts regardless of the platform used to transact, online, debit / credit card, ussd or at the counter. For some people email alerts are good enough. 2. For sms alerts, have the option to get alerts without all details. e.g. Kes 10000.45 can shows as 1~.45 (first digit and the decimal). Same with the payee. If one requires more details they can check in the app. 3. Hide balance on the home screen. Other banks doing it

It's been having issues lately. Freezing in the middle of transaction set-up and bringing an upgrade pop up which the sends me to playstore without the option of upgrading. Quite frustrating.
