I don't understand what is Hi!App issue. Before the update, it was working fine. However, after the update, it has become an unfriendly experience. Now I have to keep key in the password everytime I want to have a quick check on amount left. And now, my usual option to pay via Card or Singdash never work! I tried to reach out for assistance and there has been no response at all. The only way, I can make payment is to top up debit and use the debit as payment. A truly terrible customer service.

guys please is impossible to make a top up in this app it sends us to a website and later to UOB app where the operation disappears I've tried many times is horrible, please make a different way of payment as paynow or barcode scan etc bcs I am already considering to give up on using Singtel.

I received a message to upgrade to 5G+, but then my SIM card lost its network signal. It was a waste of time and money just for a SIM card, even though they said it was free.
