Sorry but this is a piece of junk. For it to work at all, the volume has to be so high it is uncomfortable to use and annoying to others. It uses the system volume control which means that changing the volume for your phone or for music changes the apps volume setting. And when the volume is correct for music, et cetera, it is impossibly load for this app. It makes it impractical to change the setting of the hearing aids.

All it does is send a tone to the hearing aid, and nothing changes. Have not a clue how it's supposed to work and the help section doesn't. Çome on, I have these expensive aids and I have to go back to the audiologist for every little adjustment. It's a waste of my time and I need to adjust for different environments. Oticon next time.
