I don't have trouble spending the app. However it's almost impossible to navigate to the actual section you require first go. Then it's hit or miss whether you can get the app to perform the task you need it to do. it's really annoying when you get error messages for simple things like trying to check which devices are connected to the wifi . I find the chat AI help to be particularly useless

The App from time to time generates notifications. In order to read the notification the user is required to click on the notification and is taken to a Web page where they are requested to input their user ID and password. The Telstra App is training its users to click on links and disclose the very information a scammer would be seeking. Update: My Telstra App Support Team have advised me to turn off App Notifications so I will not see any notifications from My Telstra. Problem solved for me.

Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.
