been trying to set up since yesterday. It says password invalid. Can't get the app. up and running. I can't answer questions below till you accept my password. Your staff yesterday were useless and I on my phone for over 2 hours trying to set it up. Gave up in the end as you expert couldn't help me. Your system is stupid and seriouly thinking of leaving you.

the apps really good and the service is really good. but I really hate any company that says they're putting their price up so that they can continue doing exactly what they're doing right now, as if it's both amazing and necessary. I cancelled, signed up with a competitor, speed was woeful, came back to Belong.

The belong app has very much improved from my last review when I only gave 3 stars. The app now is much more user friendly and works so much better, and as for belong they are incredible. My old provider kept cutting me off all the time while making phone calls and with belong that has never happened once, and you get to bank your left over data every month. The connection is fast and stable as I can always get a signal and my plan is such amazing value. I am a customer for life👍👏
