The app won't accept my change of address. It only offers one unit in a block of 16 units, so if you don't live in that unit it won't allow you to change address. You can't even type your address and the online Indian support centre can't change it either. So the commenter can't comprehend English either. I said I contacted the Indian support by calling the number. What is the point of telling me to call that number ?

We decided to go with Belong on the recommendation of our friends and neighbours. The process of getting online with them has been terrible to say the least, the support I have received has been very poor and I don't think that they have taken my needs seriously for internet access. We have been waiting since the 4th of December to get online and we are still waiting. Sadly, things got worse with Belong, I am returning the modem and moving on.

App is a bit slow, and the 'My Services' tab continually suggests that my card is expired, even when it's not. It's not the worst update, but it needs work.
