The belong app has very much improved from my last review when I only gave 3 stars. The app now is much more user friendly and works so much better, and as for belong they are incredible. My old provider kept cutting me off all the time while making phone calls and with belong that has never happened once, and you get to bank your left over data every month. The connection is fast and stable as I can always get a signal and my plan is such amazing value. I am a customer for life👍👏

had my plan for about a year, during that time customer service was never helpful, the data ran out really fast, still it was a good deal $70 for 400gb. Today, I received a message. From May 5th, they are raising the price of the plan to $85 and cutting the data to 250gb. if this were just an extra $15 that would be understandable, but effectively cutting the data in half as well, I have no clue who thought that would be a good idea.

We review our plan prices from time to time and will always give customers plenty of notice of any change. Beyond disappointed with the customer service from Belong. The lack of communication and updates is ridiculous. It's been almost a month since I changed the address for my NBN, and I'm still waiting for it to be connected. They only just sent out the modem YESTERDAY, I had to pay for mail redirection to make sure I actually get it. We've been in the new address for a week now. I've called AND communicated with them on Facebook, they just say they'll investigate but they don't get back to you.
